Exodus 18:13-23; Acts 6:1-7

These questions are designed to help you understand how God’s Word applies to your life personally.
1. What was encouraging or challenging to you from this week’s teaching?
2. As you see the growth at CFC, where do you see current and/or coming issues that will need to be addressed so that God’s glory is revealed in and through our body.
3. How could you serve to address one or more of these issues?
4. In the business world a person in leadership is considered more important. How does the Bible offer a different perspective?
5. Why is character the key component in serving, regardless of the role?
6. Exodus 18 and Acts 6 both identify 3 parts to the character component.
    ◊ A Heart requirement: A life ruled by God.
    ◊ A Head requirement: A mind renewed and trained by truth.
    ◊ A Hand requirement: A publicly confirmed trustworthiness.
