Programs for Children

We count it a priviledge to serve our Lord Jesus Christ by serving your children! We have Children's Ministry programs available for children, newborns through fifth grade, all three Sunday morning hours and Wednesday nights. Our Sunday morning programs include Sunday School, Children's Church, and KidStuf.

On Wednesday evenings our children have the opportunity to be involved in Children's Choirs and Pioneer Clubs. Children are always welcome to our programs!

As a visitor or guest, please check in at the Children's Ministry booth located in front of the main sanctuary (Building A). We will show you and your child the appropriate classroom location and introduce you to his/her teacher.

Safety

An identification wristband will be put on your child, with the corresponding number tag given to you.  This will ensure safety and security during pick up times.  We will also ask you to sign your child into his/her classroom, indicating your location should we need to contact you.

Dress

There is no dress code, so please do not feel the need to dress children in their "Sunday best." As a matter of fact, we do a lot of playing and creating ... so any clothes will be just fine!

Teachers

Every classroom is staffed with two or three teachers. Each volunteer in our ministry has filled out a ministry application, been through a screening process, and has been trained for their particular position. We are confident your child will be safe and secure in our programs. We are also confident they will have a great time and meet many new friends! Of course, you are welcome to remain with your child in the classroom for the first week or two, if you so desire. If you would like to be a part of your child's class, please check in at the Children's Ministry Booth and we will make the proper arrangements.

A Children's Ministry representative will be available at the Booth on Sunday mornings to answer any questions you may have.  Please also feel free to contact our church office (262-3000) for any additional information or send us an email.
